GAB's mission is to grow into the premiere provider of wireless broadband services in rural America. Our immediate goal is to create a geographical footprint with a potential addressable market of a minimum of 300,000 households.

WISP Acquisition Criteria

GAB will achieve the geographical buildout through the select acquisition and consolidation of currently operating WISPs that meet GAB's commercial performance and market share criteria, plus present opportunities to meet or exceed the WISPs growth projections. In addition, as GAB acquires licensed spectrum, it will seek to partner with other WISPs in those licensed areas to distribute broadband and related services.

To be considered for acquisition or to join GAB's alliance, the WISP must:

• Serve a minimum of 1,000 wireless broadband subscribers
  
• Have generated at least 10% annual revenue growth over the past three years
  
• Have reported at least 12% profit margin in most recent year, and
  
• Offer the prospect for additional subscriber growth based on the pent-up demand of dial-up subscribers that can be migrated to a broadband platform and/or the ability to serve
  communities that have limited DSL and cable modem penetration
  

For Investors

GAB is seeking $15 million for the purpose of growth and operation. This funding will cover the acquisition of WISPs, infrastructure and capacity needs.
